What is consequential information?

As a licensed gaming supplier, you are required to notify the LGA of consequential information that may affect your licence with the LGA or in any other jurisdiction where you are licensed. Consequential information can include, but is not limited to, criminal charges against the company or its principals, civil proceedings, suspensions or fines in Manitoba or in other jurisdictions, and changes in shareholders.

Please email our Gaming Licence Department or contact us at 204-954-9400 or toll-free at 1-800-782-0363 to report any consequential information.  Once the information has been reported, we will advise you if we require you to submit any further documentation.

What is an annual update?

Gaming suppliers must complete an annual update each year during their licence period to keep the LGA’s records up to date and to maintain licence. The annual update includes a business entity update and a financial documentation update. Annual fees are due with annual update.

Failure to complete annual update may result in the suspension or revocation of licences.

We’ve had a change in principals. What do we need to do?

As a licensed gaming supplier, you are required to notify the LGA of any change in executives, principals or shareholders who own 10% or more. Once the change has been reported, we will advise you if we require you to submit any further documentation.

You must report any changes in writing to the LGA, either by email or by mail to:
