Public Notices

Citizen and community input is an important part of the application process. New licence applications are required to post a public notice at the proposed site, in the local paper and in any other form designated by the LGA.

The public notice requirement gives citizens the opportunity to ask questions about a licence application and/or to formally object to an application. The LGA will respond to all formal objections and will work to resolve objections before issuing a licence. Click on the name to view PDF of the notice.
