Your employee licence will be set to be renewed on a one, two or three-year renewal cycle. The LGA will send a renewal package to you prior to the expiry of your licence. You must complete the renewal application and submit it to the LGA to maintain your licence. If you misplace the form sent to you by the LGA, you may complete and submit the below employee licence renewal application.
While licensed, you must report any consequential events that may impact your honest and integrity to the LGA. Consequential events can include, but are not limited to, bankruptcies, criminal charges and civil proceedings. If you need to make changes to your licence, please complete and submit the employee licence change notice form. For example, you can use this form to report changes in your name or contact information. You can also use this form to report a consequential event.
