First Nations VLT Siteholders

First Nations VLT siteholders must maintain records and publish an annual report. Each siteholder must submit their report to the LGA within 120 days of the fiscal year end. Financial records used to support this annual report must be retained for three years.

 First Nations Gaming Commissions

In Manitoba, all First Nations gaming commissions must maintain records and publish an annual report of the charitable events they license. Each gaming commission must submit their report to the LGA within 90 days of the fiscal year end. Financial records used to support this annual report must be retained for three years.
